Initiation Performances for August

BRITAIN  BASS  is stepping up for his initiation performance.   I am sure he will do fine.

Ring Membership

To qualify for membership, a person must ... have demonstrated  a sincere interest in magic, and must be sponsored by

two members of Ring 63..  He must also be a member of the International Brotherhood of Magic.

........ The ring membership is officially approved only after the candidate's name appears in the Linking Ring magazine.

• Have your Name  listed in the Newsletter     (if you can not perform as announced, please inform )

• Present  IBM application with Ring Dues ( $25 reg. / $15 junior)

• Perform initiation

Notes

The treasury is in good shape.  Gene Burton will host our meetings at 'The Magic Shop' starting in September.

Ring member Rafael Pejon suffered a fire at his apartment and lost all his magic props.  Jim Holbert was looking and feeling better

than we have seen him in awhile.  Ross is on the mend after a serious bout with some microbes.  Congratulations to 2010 Order of

Merlin Inductee    Daniel Lee Williams  25 years    and    Order of Merlin - Shield    Rhett B. Bryson   35 years  .

News Flash:  New Act in Town - TWINS !! !!

Lahna Mae Moss and Olivia Bree Moss  were born on July 11th.  Shaun Moss and his wife are doing fine.  The girls

were a few weeks early, so they are at Greenville Memorial Neonatal for a couple of weeks. 

'They are beautiful if I must say so myself'- were the words of one proud papa.
